CENTRIFUGAL PUMPS - TRACTOR HYDRAULIC SYSTEM DRIVEN
Cast iron 1 1/4” x 1” frame mounted straight
centrifugal pump for tractor
hydraulic system applications. Assembled with hydraulic
motor equipped with
internal check valve to prevent reverse rotation and resulting
seal damage.
Also equipped with integral needle valve to control input
of fluid on open center
tractor hydraulic systems and a restrictor orifice to control
input of fluid on
closed center systems is included with Model FMC-HYD-204.
(Models FMCHYD-210 and FMC-HYD-310 are not equipped with
restrictor orifice). To match
pump model with tractor hydraulic system capacity, refer
to chart below.
Models FMC-HYD-204 and FMC-HYD-210
produce 0-100 PSI at maximum
4600 RPM and 60 GPM at open discharge. Model FMC-HYD-310
produces 0-65 PSI at maximum 3950 RPM and 60 GPM at open
discharge. For open center
systems which require sprayer pump pressures of from 60
to 100 PSI, pump
model FMC-HYD-210 should be selected where the tractor system
has a minimum
of 8 GPM at 500 PSI available at the remote ports.
The New Model No. FMC-150-HYD-206 has 1-1/2” x 1-1/4” ports.
Maximum
pressure 120 PSI at 5100 RPM at open discharge. 7 GPM hydraulic
motor can
be used on pressure compensating Closed Center Systems (John
Deere
Type), Load Sensing Closed Center Systems (Case-IH type),
and Open Center
Systems Rated 7-16 GPM. Equipped with restrictor Orifice.
